Casio bringt eine neue Kollektion ihres Uhrenklassikers G-Shock raus. Das Modell hört auf den Namen GA0110 und kommt in fünf verschiedenen Farben. Ein wirkliches buntes Misch Masch was mich wirklich stark an die G-Shock Modelle aus den neunzigern erinnert, welche die hälfte eines Armses eingenommen haben, weil sie groß waren und eben auch so bunt. Wat solls, ich findse trotzdem schön, ist halt geschmackssache. Ab März könnt ihr die Teile im Uhrenladen erwerben. Den Rest der Modelle findet ihr unter Hypebeast.

Beyond Keenan’s sense of humor (e.g. he opens his bottles with a pair of brass knuckles), look for hordes of Tool fans, Patton Oswalt, Bob Odenkirk, Milla Jovovich and Tim & Eric to take the edge off.
Speaking of Tim & Eric, as you’re aware, they absurdist duo hosts the lavish premiere of the low-budget Birdemic at Cinefamily Saturday night. Shock and terror! It’s already sold out! But Czech out their early show of Valerie and Her Week of Wonders, a surrealist psycho-drama about a young girl’s sexual awakening – with gorgeous cinematography, Bloc-rockin’ vampires and a cloaked ghoul straight out of The Seventh Seal (or, if you prefer, Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey). Then stick around for the Reggae Jerk Chicken Truck – assuming you have any appetite left after Laemmle’s Music Hall’s presentation of crazed collector-come-cannibal flick The Man Who Collected Food. Does a doggy bag count as Mint-In-Box?

Great watch. The green is a metallic color that is not done justice in these pictures. Very cool color and a great contrast with the lighter green on the dial. Durable, as you would expect from a G-shock, and a standout watch that is sure to get compliments.

G-Shock Men’s Watch G-Shock Youth Culture G-306X-1ADR – WW Review
This is a replacement for a previous Casio watch Casio Men’s Ana-Digi Electro-Luminescent Sport Watch #AQ160W-1BV. I never owned a G-shock before but i’m glad I do now. One of the biggest reasons is that the face of the watch is inset rather then level. This means no more scratches on the glass or crystal as it is sometimes referred to. Another great feature is the buttons are also inset so no more switching modes or functions from moving your wrist.
My only complaint is that the digital date and time is very very small and the actual hands are a bit small too but readable. The overall design is comfortable, it has a very wide band and the face size is only slightly bigger then the other watch I had. This model has a funky multi-colored stainless steel ring around the watch that looked bluer in the photo but is more gay rainbow looking but not too bad.
So far I like the watch and I’m glad I purchased it because of its ruggedness. I’ll update in a few months if I see any issues.

The colourful surround was far better to see than from the static photograph on the web page. My only down
side to the watch is a minor one the function to show the date is nip picking at best but I do like that

The watch I received is not what I ordered. The band appears to be cheap vinyl, there is no give and causes sweating. The picture doesn’t indicate that the watch band is so shiny you can see your face in it. Not what I ordered and certainly not what I expected. I was replacing a watch primarily for a better band and less cheap look, without looking 1970’s.

Received this watch as a gift for bday. Ordered Casio G Force watch for my husband, it is really great, and looked forward to this watch. There are two metal bands on the face of the watch, difficult to see in the photo of watch, that obstruct easy viewing and the watch band is shiny black like patenleather. Sadly doesnt work for me as a Fire Fighter. Cant see face of watch easily.

I had a non-G-Shock Casio with tide and moon graphs. The tide and moon information isn’t exact, but it’s close enough for me. I like them so much I wanted the G-shock version. I wish the graphs were bigger, and I don’t need the 10-second circle (I can see the seconds readout just fine). But I do really enjoy this watch. It looks good, it’s solid, and it has the functions I want. FYI, the new version does NOT have the tide and moon graphs.

Quick delivery and excellent condition – Ajo Paul –
Opted for the 3-5 days standard shipping, was little nervous, if it took beyond 6 days, I would have missed picking up the delivery.
However, was surprised it took just about 48 hours/2 days to deliver the same. And found the item in proper condition.
Comparison of G-Shock to the Nike Typhoon Watersport – J. Herrmann – San Francisco Bay Area
I have both the G-Shock and Nike Typhoon Watersport(NTW). I need a tide watch because I boat in an area that only allows you in the water two hours before, and after high tide.
I’ve been using the NTW for ten years and it is perfect for the task of telling you the current days, high and low tides, and giving you the tide forecast of any day in the future. It is programmed for 180 beaches spanning the Earth. In the USA these match the USA beaches used as references for tide correction data.
If the reading you get does not match exactly the hard copy tide tables for the day, it is always within minutes. The watch also has all the std. features of any generic sport watch.
Now for the Casio. I bought this watch because I lead full moon rising, early evening hikes in my local state park. (Mt.Tamalpais SP in Marin Cty., CA.) The Casio also gives crude tide info when compared to the NTW, as well as the moonrise time. It also provides sunrise/sunset times.
I couldn’t rely on it for the exactness required for tide predictions in light of the dynamic nature of the tides.
As far as Moon, rise and set, Sun rise and set, these are different. For instance you only need the fullest moonrise time once a month and sun times change gradually.
So in comparison to the NWS I have to give the Casio one star. But if it were the only choice there was, I would rate it higher.
I bought by first NTW at the mall, cheap watch store. After that I found them available regularly on Ebay. If you need daily tide information for work or recreation get one these for under a 0.00.

I live and fish on the Texas Gulf Coast. After I purchased the watch I learned that it does not have the capability to track 2 high tides in one day. The watch is basically usless to me. I’m dissappointed there wasn’t information stating it would not work in areas that experience 2 high tides in a day.
